Web chat
Talk to the agent right in the dashboard: signing in, new conversations, inviting members, attachments, limits and troubleshooting.

What the agent can do
- The same agent as in Telegram, in a browser window: text, files, images and voice input.
- Each conversation is its own space with its own memory. You choose the model from a list.
- Your Telegram spaces appear in the sidebar, read-only.
Access and billing
Web chat is available after you sign in to the dashboard. Whoever creates a conversation owns it and pays for the agent's work in it, including messages from invited members.
How to start
- Sign in to web chat.
- Create a new conversation. You need energy on your balance for this.
- To work together, create an invite for the whole project or for one thread and share the link. An invite is valid for 7 days.
Members
The owner can invite, and so can a member the owner has allowed to invite. The owner can restrict agent access for individual members: they can still post in the chat, but the agent does not answer them.
Limits
| What | Limit |
|---|---|
| Message length | 32,000 characters |
| Attachments per message | 10 |
| File size | 50 MB |
| Audio for voice input | 25 MB |
| Invite lifetime | 7 days |
Troubleshooting
- An out-of-energy banner
- If you are the payer, top up. If the conversation belongs to someone else, its owner has to top up.
- "The chat owner restricted bot access"
- The owner closed agent access for you. You can still post; the agent will not answer. Ask the owner to reopen access.
- An invite does not open
- An invite older than 7 days has expired. Ask for a new one. You need to be signed in to accept an invite.
- A file will not upload
- Check the size (up to 50 MB) and the number of attachments (up to 10 per message).
